Urban Decay Naked 3 - Review

Hey guys! So I recently purchased the urban decay naked 3 palette. I was super excited to finally get my hands on it! I know I might be late with this blogpost on the palette since all bloggers have already raved about it weeks ago probably, but it only recently was back in stock.

In this picture the lighting is definetly not found the colours any justice. It still looks beautiful but it's even more gorgeous than that! I contemplating getting the naked 3 because of the rosy-dominated shades. As I felt like this might be used for paler skin whereas I have more of an warm-colour skin tone. I don't own the naked 1 or 2 so I thought about possibly purchasing one of those instead however, in the end I stuck with the naked 3 and I am very happy that I did.

The packaging this time is different to naked 1 and 2, however a little bit similar to 2 still. The palette also comes with a 2-sided brush great for applying and blending in. And a good-sized mirror!
The palette this time comes with 4 eye primers. 4 Primer Potions: Original, Eden (nude matte), Sin (shimmer), and Anti-Aging.
The palette has a selection of matte eyeshadows and shimmery eyeshadows. The third palette contains brand new 12 shades. (Different to naked 1 and 2 which had several similarities) the pigmentation is amazing! From the colours that I have tried they all stay on throughout the night and don't wear off at all.

My favourite shades so far would have to be, burnout, limit, factory and black heart. I haven't tried all of the shades yet which is why there are others that I would also favourite however, I haven't got round to testing them out just yet.

As I said earlier, I have more of a warm skin tone which is why I was hesitant at first to purchase this palette. Some people said because of the rosy-pink tones in the palette it would not suit my skin tone and others said it suited all. After testing out some of the shades I also believe it probably suits all skin tones. It definetly suits warm tones, in my opinion.

Overall I would give the palette 10/10 as I have yet to find anything wrong with it. I'm completely in love with it and it's my favourite beauty product atm! The palette retails at £37 which I know is not cheap, however considering the fact that you get 12 eyeshadows, the pigmentation is amazing plus it is from a well-known and loved brand, I think the price is actually reasonable. Also think about it, if you was to purchase eyeshadows at mac which I believe are around the £8-10 mark? (I think not sure, don't quite me on it lol) for 12 shades you would have to pay a lot more than £37! I highly recommend this palette especially if you don't wear a lot of eyeshadow on a day-to-day basis this would be a great one to start with! At the same time you can create a more of an smokey eye aswell!

I'm also thinking about possibly doing a tutorial using the naked 3 so if you would like to see that let me know!

Speak to you soon!
